Cooling Incident – Frankfurt Data Centre

We are currently investigating a service disruption affecting our infrastructure in Frankfurt. Cloud Servers hosted at this location are currently unavailable, and CDN traffic has been rerouted to alternative locations. Earlier this morning, a water leak affected the facility's cooling systems. As temperatures within the facility increased, we took the precautionary measure of powering down our equipment to protect it from overheating. The facility operator has identified and isolated the source of the leak and is currently refilling the chilled-water system. Additional equipment has been deployed to accelerate this process, reduce temperature and humidity levels, and remove water from affected areas. Specialist engineers, including the facility's fire protection vendor, are attending the site. We are closely monitoring recovery efforts and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
