Our monitoring has alerted us to an issue with network connectivity in the Sydney region. Connections through this POP may experience degraded performance. We have raised this issue with the Sydney DC team and are awaiting an update. We will provide more information shortly.
DC Team confirmed that their carriers for int'l transit had an unscheduled outage while they repaired their backbone gear. All services in Sydney have now been restored, we will work with the provider to improve automatic re-routing to help prevent a recurrence in the future.
